Responsibilities
- Responsible for accounting work in accordance with accounting standards and applicable laws.
- Plan and manage finances in line with business plans.

Application Support
- Provide user guidance and troubleshoot software system problems for users according to the Incident Management process.
- Receive user requirements and analyze them, and coordinate with the team to implement them.
- Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot problems, and track the status of the problems with vendors until the problems are resolved.
- Record the details of the problems, the solutions, and the preventive measures on the CRM system.

- Contact customers at least 80 times per month to make an appointment and record the conversation data in the CRM system.
- Make an appointment to meet with customers to bring the car to offer and test drive at least 8 times per month and record the meeting data in the CRM system.
- Close sales and deliver new cars to meet the target set every month.
- Keep the showroom in order to meet the standards.
- Keep the test drive car in order and record the car usage data in the designated form.
- Maintain the overall satisfaction of customers who receive the car to meet the target set (CSI).
- Take care of customers who visit cars in the showroom (Walk in), customers who call in to inquire in the showroom (Call in) and customers who receive services (Services).
- Prepare car reservation and delivery documents and forward to the Admin at the branch.
- Prepare a complete list of gifts and check the car in order to be ready for delivery.
- Attend meetings to listen to the company's operating direction and follow it to achieve the meeting objectives.
